This is a receipt to show that you applied for a Social Security card on January 25, 2013. You should have your card in about 2 weeks. Any document(s) you have submitted are being returned to you with this receipt.
You case use your Social Security card for work only if you have authorization from the DHS. etc etc etc
What's 2 weeks compared to almost 3 months of suspense? lol
