Did anybody understand the difference between people on "probationary lawful status" and people "without lawful status?" I know the former means those whom passed the background check, paid fine, and back taxes, but is the latter people who hypothetically failed to do that? Because apparently they still get a chance to get a green card as long as they go to the back of the line... Based on the information under the number one.

CNN just said the congressmen will have a pres conference soon, not sure when though.
