Omg!! Ive just been approved!!! I was at work and my phone went nuts twice....fuck! I was afraid to look, then i saw it was from uscis!!! Bammm mother fucker!!! Your case has been approved!!!! My heart started pounding really fast and i just felt like crying, holy fuck this feels good!!!! 13 years waiting....finally!!

Guys just hold on tight and wait, i was going insane day by day, almost gave up on this ,but the day came ... Your time will come too! You just have to keep yourself busy and not think bout it 24/7.

Guys im fraking confused i just got off the phone with a lv 2 rep of usics so i asked if they have recived my bio back from nov 19 he said yes but then he goes saying thats its been 90 days and that they should had given me a answer so he gave me a confermationnumber and saying he wrote exact words" immediately approve and send work autgorzation permit or send corraspondence he said to give it a week or so............. Anyone gotten told this?

I also talked to a lvl 2 rep, he gave me a confirmation number and a week and half later I received a letter from Vermont service center stating: "the 90 day period for adjudicating form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case. Once you have an approved form I-821D and your form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending form I-765."

So basically they're telling us to keep on waiting. You should get the letter within a week or week and a half.
