I just have to say, are these people getting satisfaction from saying stuff like that. They can not approve the EAD and deny DACA. Just relax, wait if they send your EAD card that is all that matters.

I signed up for e-mail alert and text alert for my I820D it says last update on 01/22/2013 however the online status says the same thing we received your evidence on nov 19th blah blah blah.....what does this mean that they looked it on 01/22/2013 and decided not to approve me???? man this is insane but i'm staying positive ;o) it's not in my hand it's just wait and watch game

I only have to look a few numbers left and right of my EAC number and find a few which were approved in November!!! I am still waiting as are a few with my timeline. There is no order of receiving and proccessing. I'm British and I think they are aware that we are patient. Come on USCIS I have waited patiently for long enough.
