If anything has come out of this wait, it's the fact that I've become extremely bitter, short-tempered, lethargic and, if possible, even more isolated.

I think it all depends on who gets your application to review. My brother and I sent out the application on the same day and he got his biometrics letter the week after and I got it a month later they received our app. We went to get the bio on the same day (I went early) and I got approved on 1/27 but my brother is still pending.

applied for my SSN this morning. Getting my social security card in a week to 4 weeks from today good luck to everyone.

i was approved on 01/27/2013 but i've never received any email or text message. also on the website it say they mailed out the card on 01/29/2013, but no tracking number. is this common issue? sorry to ask these questions while not everyone is approve yet. thanks in advance.

Has anyone been approved from Vermont Srvs center who filed in October yet? I know there are a lot of you guys who haven't got approved yet from August and September . I'm tired of waiting

Why Vermont takes so long, by pure logistics the west coast has to have more applicants.
