I don't qualify asylum myself, otherwise I might not have applied daca. Today in the hearing I didn't have to say anything, my lawyer had filed some motions before hearing with my daca receipt and today I encountered a very nice judge and DHS attorney and they just closed my case while I am still waiting for my daca to be approved.

So what options do you have now that your case is closed?

I meant is there a more current, permanent solution like I-130 ? Or just wait for for CIR or dream act?

Maybe marriage in the future, I can't rely on dream act too much

well most of us filed for Assylum because that tiny little chance of having everything was completely worth the risk but now there's other options. Assylum path is either granted or removal and if you were not granted and had it closed before removal it's a big victory!

There isn't any benefit though just another chance at the waiting line. Less headache to be in that line with out fearing deportation.
