Last update!????

I just checked on line and saw there was a last update on 1/22/2013, what dose it mean, am still under initial review, but am i close!? ahhh the excitement! has this happened to anyone else?

They probably transferred your case to another service center, you will receive a notice of it soon. That's what happened to me, twice.

really! ah crap! and i was all getting excited!

mine got approved 3 weeks after it was transferred, well not all cases are the same, so just hang in there it will come

i really really really hope so! did you get an email or anything to come with the last update.. because i didn't..

yea I received 2 emails, my case got transferred twice, from Vermont to MI, then back to Vermont, it got approved exactly a month after Vermont got it back.

I don't think it was transferred, or else it would say on the status where your case was transferred to.

Maybe the person assigned to your case has began to look over your case.

ahhhh!! i could seriously jump for joy! just to know someone is looking into my application!

I called uscis to ask about my name update on my case. Anyways she sad everything was processing fine and she ased my full name so I told her she said that I need to start using my full name cause in the future I can have problems don't know why and she said she was going to tell the officer working on my case to add my moms maiden name. I have to use what's on my birth certificate
