Can I use my xbox live records to prove I was here on june 15 2012?

I have my records from xbox live that I pay every month and the thing that the account is registered to my name but Im usingy mothers bank account to pay for it, but my mothers name is not on the records, it only shows the last 4 digots of her bank account, should I explain on a seperate letter or will they just ignore it?
