I'm from NYC and personally know people here who's had Nebraska or Texas service center (already approved) but wasn't as fast as a month.

Edit: haven't seen any New Yorkers get California though, that would be jackpot

Still don't understand how my case was routed all the way to Vermont from Las Vegas. Wouldn't California make more sense? I really don't know.
