Last time I checked, yes you have to get naked infront of the doctor... and she/he going to touch you with cold rubber glove.

But do they care more about tattoos or health issues? What do ya'll think about my tats? I mean its pretty obvious they mean TEXAS. Or should i look into getting them removed?

Dude they don't care about a tatoo i told you already, i just went through this a few months ago for my AOS, immigration med exam is not the usual physical checkup you get. The physician has to be certified by uscis to even perform it for immigration purposes. Relax and wait to see if they even pass anything in the first place, then worry about the exam later
