Official daca process time thread - Page 344

It seems people from September are the ones who are taking the longest. Very frustrating I called USCIS and they just told me what it says online when i put my application number in.. is there any way we can find out why the delay?! :'(

Been waiting seen mid SEPTEMBER here when i check the website it still says internal review....

Have patience, my application was received on Sep. 27th and I was getting frustrated because mine was on initial review everytime I checked my status. Yesterday, I finally received my approval notice, and according to the usps website, my card will arrive this Saturday.

Application Received: September 27
Service Center: California
Biometrics: October 31
Approval: January 29

no weve spent the last few months checking this daca process that we havent looking into the petition requirements, fees ect...do you file then apply for the waiver? i wonder if it would be faster waiting for cir or though me.,,either way if his daca was approved at least he could work and drive and it wont be so freaken stressful,

do you have a criminal background by any chance??

Actually no, unless you count getting caught driving without a license while using a cell phone as a criminal offense.

could get another RFE for a different reason, but I doubt you will.

My card came in yesterday. Now I need to find sometime to make it out to the SS office to apply for a social then I'll be all set. Nice to be able to finally turn a page, and really get out there.

Does anyone know if we have to carry the EAD on us all the times, similar to people with green cards etc? As proof of deferment or whatnot?

That why you will get your State ID/DL for it.
