Hey Guys, I am glad to hear a lot of you are getting approved. Its been quite a ride for me and still waiting to get approved. My application was received Sept 20th, then went to my bio appointment Oct 17, 2 days later I got another letter in the mail saying I had to have my fingerprints taken again (dont know anyone else who had to go through this), my next bio appointment was scheduled for Nov 15th, and after that, I have been waiting. It has been very frustrating to see all my friends and people i know get approved even though they submitted their applications way later, but im happy for them too.

After many days of frustration I call uscis yesterday and all the agent told me was that I just need to keep on waiting, because it could take up to 6 months, so, I am just waiting... and using this forum as a hope that soon it will be my turn.

Anyways, hope you all get approved soon if you haven't been approved!

Cheers!

I will be extremely upset if I lose this job, I want to get my fucking life started already

What does the statement in your sig mean? Are you saying USCIS is reviewing your 765 application?

the statement of my sig means that it doesn't help to call uscis inquiring on your case because thats their rule of thumb.

Well Im working with a fake social but Ive known the bosses for years, thats why I was upfront and told them about my situation before I was hired. Fortunately, the saw I was being truthful and let me stay but gave me 90 days to bring a valid SSN (which is when they have to submit it and e-verify with the government)

So I got my permit but now I have to wait 60 days(according to VA DMV laws) to get my driver's license, which is BS! Anyone here from VA get around this waiting period? I feel like I've waited enough and 2 more months is just more misery since I need a car to get to and from work and school.
