you qualify according to what you put up there, also.. were you here on June 15th 2012? i'm sure you were, make sure you send something for that.

send in pictures, and perhaps a couple of affidavits to explain gaps here and there (they do not have to be notarized )

Well he makes a point. If you don't have a criminal record then you shouldn't need a lawyer but hey if you money to spare then go for it. Keep in a mind a lawyer will not magically get you approved and there are people that even thought used one are getting RFE

Any bank statements you can send? Apparently not even school records are enough and those only sending school records are getting RFE ed

Though i agree with u that a lawyer is a waste of time and money if u have an open and shut case with no complications. I think u could be a little more graceful with how u went about it.

Dude u seem to have more than enough evidence and im sure u can follow read and fill out a form correctly. If u have money to burn then a lawyer can't hurt, but if u are strapped for cash like most of us here are, then u should really consider doing it yourself. There are tons of approved individuals here who are more than willing to lend a helping hand.

By the way you word your sentences and spell your words, I would say "u too stupid" yourself.

Some people have never dealt with immigration processes or even looked at the applications to realize that the questions are not too complicated. This is the first break for some of us in decades and I'm sure some people do not want to jeopardize not being approved. So if you have nothing more to contribute other than calling someone stupid who asked a legitimate question, I suggest you go read a book or go take a nap.
