Wonder how much longer. Bios done on Oct. 12 it says my case was last updated on DEC. 11 not sure wat that means. was hoping to know something by january but nothing. hopefully february is the month
i hope so my birthday is the 27 and that would b the best present. but all i can do now is wait till then.

OMG ... I did my bios on 10/30/2012 and haven't heard anything from them neither ..I think if this is far more true for those of us who are still waiting, then I most likely become a permanent resident through my just new naturalized husband lol ...(he had been waiting the 5 year waiting period)
We thought that deferred action would be a little faster so I could get into CNA program and get a DL, but its going to take a lot longer now.. I am disappointed, but I've been illegal for so long already that I don't care anymore!
My husband is now saving $ for this new petition application, and I now believe the $465 dls was just a waist of money.
