Where can I find whether my permit says interim or temp? Can't seem to find it anywhere on my permit. Or does it only say that after you take the behind the wheel test? Also, would we still need our EAD on the day of the behind the wheel test?! Thanks in advance

It will say it on the temporary license that is given to you after the behind the wheel test.

Ok I passed the permit test and they just gave the paper and picture saying I could drive with an adult. I'm just wondering if an ID is going to arrive at my house. Or is it just the actual driver's license? Too complicated?

Well that depends, did you apply for the ID as well? It sounds like you did if they gave you a paper with your picture on it. That's your temporary ID. The card will come in the mail about 1-2 weeks from when you applied.

Got my driver's license today in the mail. It expires the same day as my EAD (2 years). I don't care, Obama will still be the President, and hopefully by then the Dream Act will have passed. I am just thankful for being able to obtain my license. Thats all! Now, new job here I come!
