Am i in trouble?

Hello everyone I have a question regarding the evidence. I have almost no proof of 2009 besides a tax return that reports about $4,000, I'm guessing it's just a couple of months because that's when I first started working. that's about it... i'm just wondering if that's gonna be enough evidence for a whole year? Another thing is that I can't contact the place because they closed down last year. thanks in advance

Do you have any dated photographs of yourself inside the U.S. in a recognizable landmark? Facebook check-ins? Online purchase receipts? E-mails? Family or friends who can write you affidavits?

i can't really find anything. and as far as affidavits i didn't think about it but maybe i could get one. Are you saying this is definitely not enough info?

For Affidavits, you need to send at least 2.

You might get an RFE if you sent the tax return by itself for the whole year. I'm not sure, maybe someone else who just sent that for a year can say if they got approved or not. Try to get 2 affidavits.

Well, just make sure that the person writing the affidavit for you lists the times he saw you in the year of 2009

You're fine. I only sent my tax returns from 2006 to 2011 to prove I have been in the country since at least 2007 and I got approved.

Send what you have. If anything they will RFE you. Some people got approved with just one evidence per year, some didn't. Up to the IO. I got approved with just one evidence per year.

If you're an EWIand live by the boarder, they're a little more tougher on you about gaps, if you're visa overstay, acouple month gaps shouldn't be a problem

For 2008 til 2012 all I sent was my mother's tax return(with me as a dependant )
I did receive an RFE, but it was to submit more proof I was here on June 15th, 2012.
