Well he sent the RFE out the same day he got it and I got a notice on Jan. 18th sating that they had received the evidence and it was now under review. I've been reading several posts by other people and I get the impression that Vermont is the slowest of the processing centers. Does anyone know how long it will take for a status change? As anyone that sent their RFE to Vermont been approved??

They received my RFE on December 4th 2012 and Im still waiting. Been waiting since August. Not a happy camper
