I will never understand why they have a customer service number when they cant provide u with more information other than what their website already tells u. i find these service request useless because it leaves u with more questions than u had before!!! So tired of waiting...the anxiety and stress this wait has created sucks ass!!! IF and WHEN are not a good explanation!!! Never mind the rudeness of customer service people!!! Ugh LAME WAIT!!!!

all the numbers around me were approved Feb 4th.. wuahhh! :/

And can u believe they got this new procedure where supposedly they transfer u to someone who can further assist u! Then u think oh great finnally gonna get some answers! Guess what? u get a slap on the face with the same song and dance but this time they make u feel like u've been bugging, the lady literally read me the history of my calls and service request like i need to know that! I was so mad! And like always any question " i can't answer that, we don't get that kind of information, like i said IF and WHEN, the process for that is unknown" ....ROBOTS !!!!!!

sounds bad and frustrating ,i have not attempted to call yet.but from what you have experienced i don't think i want to.they do not seem to want to ever give any info to our cases over the phone, so hang tight and try to relax girl.

Yes it so damn frustrating, save ur energy don't call. i will try stay calmed and relaxed even though is extremely hard to do so!!!! Good luck to us still waiting

I haven't tried calling. Maybe I will try at 5 months if I'm still waiting
