anyhow, those still waiting should definitely be praying, or saying a hail mary, which ever gives you spiritual health. i just saw 3 denials in the univision forums... just saying. gotta be prepared. these people were surprised and now heart broken because everyone (even the legal advisor in that forum) is telling them that they cannot appeal. well 2 were for sure denied and the 3rd one was a girl who had to resend her packet because they had lost it but then it was found so she still has a chance.

Why were they denied ?

37 now...MBA. I can't say what I do, but it's not what I need to be doing. Go back to where? lol I've been here 27 years. My life would potentially in danger if I went back also. I am going down with the ship no matter what happens...A family petition is going to kick in after about 5 years give or take also so that's my safety net. So yeah that's why I downplay the 6 months way for DACA. I can do that standing on my head.

Apparently he got RFE for June 15, 2012 and the other reason was because he exit the country multiple times. His sister also got RFE and their lawyer decided to send both of their evidence in one single RFE packet. Apparently USCIS is claiming they've never received their RFE. That's why he's been denied. Now they want to appeal the case.
