So I never got a letter saying I had to leave and I lived at that address until 2010 and they never came looking for me. I guess I was lucky that they did not because now I got the chance to apply for Differed action. In most cases they send you a letter saying to meet with a deportation agent( what my lawyer said) so that they can deport you, if you don't show up for deportation then you become a criminal case I guess. I hope that since you did not get the letter that means they wont come looking for you

I did not attend my court hearing. I also did not get mail to attend a court. I gave them a one of my friend' s home address and told him not to take any mail you get in my name, so he did not too my mail. I didn't want to court anyway. This how I got my final order. No criminal record, I was just trying to travel and got cought at the airport.
My timeline is App receive - Sept 06 2012
Bio - Oct 01 2012
Still Intial review.

Ok great! I filled mine out myself but a lawyer should make things even more easier for you. Do you know if you have a final order on you? our cases are a bit different.

Yeah, I think I do. My lawyer wants to get "rid" of it while applying for DACA.

I asked a lawyer and she that applying to DACA does not help you get rid of you deportation. she also said that I cant reopen my case right now. the only way for you to reopen your case would be for example to marry a citizen. She said DACA is not a good reason to open you case and close it, and that I could try but they would deny opening up my case again. So if it works for you let us know what he did or will do so we can try the same thing.

I am in the California service center. I got approved 19 days before the six months deadline. I had a final case of deportation since 2007.
