Vermon sucks
I know Vermont really does suck! First I got stuck with a shitty lawyer and now with shitty service center! The lawyer who did my DACA application also filed my parents I140 applications. So my dad decided to hire him for my DACA. We sent him his legal fees and all of my proof(vaccinations, school records, doctor records, passports) a week before August 15th. I sent it early so as soon as the Application becomes available to him he fills it out and sends it to USCIS. But after numerous calls to his office, asking him when he will send my application out, he finally decides to send it 2 months later. UGHH!

Does anyone know if they have updated the chart that has the average days is taken per month and per center?

Was arrested for DUI, but I was Acquitted of all the charges after a 5 day trial.

Has anyone applied for DACA with a DUI on there record and gotten approved? My brother has a DUI and his Attorney told him to apply, that DACA is on a case by case basis.

cept uscis said dui is a reason to deny the application.

I got arrested for DUI but got charged with reckless driving.......I applied cuz my lawyer said since i didn't get charged with DUI i should be fine.......i got RFE for no having enough evidence for 2007 to 2012 and court document.....i'm hoping for best and hop i get approved soon it's been 3 months since i sent a RFE
