I never had probation I only got fined. If that's all you have on your background there's no doubt you'll be approved I didn't have a lawyer and I messed up on the application as well because I also got arrested one time and spent a night in a cell lol i didnt get a rfe i am just relieved I got my approval

Thank you I have learned my lesson and I wouldn't risk doing that again I have a daughter that I have to take care. I wish for everyone to be approved here just be patient even if you have to wait 6 months for it to come it will happen

he sent his app on Oct 1st and had his bironetrics done oct 29th, vermont.
