Honestly i didnt send in a Novel of my story, the Mexican Consulate and Chirla told me about this place in Cental L.A were immigration lawyers have their apprentice make all the paperwork and then its verified by a lawyer. Thing is i never saved any paperwork in my life, yet luckily they were able to get about 2-3 papers proving i've been here for the past five years , as required and before that, they sent my transcripts to show ive been here from 1st to 12th grade with 3 1/2 years of college. other than that the basic stuff , birth cert.. matricula, passport, school ids, MD shots.

Here's to checking my case status again before Ash Wednesday mass

yeah It figures. I was just about to write to you telling you the same thing . I myself have not called. but i do have 2 close friends that did their bios on 10/3 & 10/5 they both have called twice each, and the answer is the same.
{ COULD TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS FOR DACA TO BE APPROVED AND COULD TAKE ANOTHER 3 MONTHS FOR WORK PERMIT TO BE APPROVED}

So basically, if your unlucky we can be waiting for nearly a year from beginning to approval, to SS#, State id, and holding ones DL in our hands, Scares the hell out of me, thankfully ive not heard of such case and with the exception of some one in this forum which got approved for daca in about 3 months but was or is still waiting for his work permit to be approved after 1 month, i belive. Most people get daca approved then few hours to a day later they get work permit approved. nuf said here, all we have to do is wait, and hope we dont take 6 months.

good luck and pray hard for us...because i want, need my EAD, at least to feal like i belong a little more here.

Yeah waiting for a miracle....i might pray aswell...i could probably use all the help i need so praying to all Gods and Buddha.

They received my application late October and i mean late. I got the e-mail that they
got my application on October 29. My last update on my case was the 1st of November.... Havent heard from them since. WAC139011XX I saw some cases before me got approved, and yesterday the case right after mine was approved so I was hoping I'd hear from them today, but no. Maybe tomorrow? it would be a nice Valentines Day gift. I'll pray for all of us still waiting!

WTF i dint see your post till the 15...and whats my surprise after reading maybe tommorow ill get approved..... UR approved ...well congrats ...if thats how wishfull thinking works, well Maybe tomorrow? it would be a nice SaturDay gift :LOL:. I'll pray for all of us still waiting!
