I got two text from USCIS not too long ago and i was hoping it was an approval notice but no they just informed me they were transferring my case. any one else get something like this?

"On February 15, 2013, we transferred this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. "

So 50% approved around 238,912 to go
By March 16 it should be down to 188,912
By April 16 it should be down to 138,912
By may 88,912
June 38,912
July!! Hopefully they will start to catch up with the applications
And HOPEFULLY we are in that March percentage approval

i got a question, do u guys no if i can drive with my leaners permit n have someone with an out of country drivers license sitting next to me?...... cuz at the bmv hand book states dat a learner permit is allowed to drive only if u being surpervised with an valid drivers license driver.

My deferred action case was approved!!!!!! I got out of the shower and saw notification from the app on my phone and i was like ahh!! I also got an saying that my name had been updated relating to my I765 employment authorization..... so i guess ill have to wait a little. Ill keep praying for all the other ones waiting!
