Request for evidence---what to do??

Hello everyone

well its been 2 months ago since i went to take my biometrics and finally i received a response but not the one I wanted...USCIS is asking for more evidence for the year 2010.... the only evidence i could get for that year is a letter from AT&T saying that I had service with them for that period of time.... so I'm actually a little scared because i do not have any other piece of evidence for that year. I think the information for all other years are ok because they only ask for 2010... so do you guys think I should just send them that letter since i don't have anything else? I had service with AT&T from May 2009 to October 2010..... Also I had a lady helped me when I sent my application but I guess she didn't have much experience because she didn't notice that i did not have any evidence for that year so do you think I should send the letter by myself or should I ask her for help again? I mean since thats the only evidence i don't think she can do much. Please let me know what you think .. any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

pictures with usa backgrounds in the back? ask your friends. You didn't attend any parties that year?

-Amazon, ebay, or online sale receipts
-I heard Facebook statuses can work as evidences
-bank statements
-bills
-any mail with your name written on it and a date

But who could write affidavits? I understand that just not anyone can write you one

I don't have any pictures with dates on them...i do a lot of sales online but with my dads account so that sucks for me.....i don't have any bank accounts... for bills the only one I have is the AT&T one.... for facebook i'm not sure if i had any activity that year but ill check although i'm not really sure if it would help........ one more thing I know a teacher from a high school she's going out with my grandfather and I've known her even before 2010... do you think she could write and affidavit?

Yes, she can write you an affidavit. JJGLO has a good sample. PM him.
