Back of the line is not a bad deal at all and it seems fair to me but I think the actual bill will have a special treatment for dreamers

Yes it would instead of end of the line after border is secure dreamers go to end of the line the day they apply for it. I wouldn't mind end of line if it takes no more than a few months but if it takes more than 6 months there should be an even easier way for dreamer. And they also should say how long it would take instead of jus keeping it vague and saying end of line

Just a reminder that without the Obama plan, there would be no line to get behind. You can't just get in line for a green card unless you qualify for an immigrant visa of some sort whether it's through work (good luck with that), marriage, a citizen family, or a special visa the way Obama's plan sounds like it is. The Rubio plan will keep most of us who don't have citizen relatives in a perpetual purgatory with no end in sight because there is no line to get behind. I myself have a sibling who has sponsored me 6 years ago so I am kind of in a line right now so for you who don't, you'd be very ill informed to reject the President's plan due to your idealistic world where you think 8 years is too long to be in line.

To be honest, I don't care how long it takes, really, as long as that I get a temporary status that I can travel to visit my family. It does't even have to be long, just a month/year and I'll be satisfy.

That is if you do not mind to literraly wait decades.

"that could give undocumented immigrants a pathway to citizenship in eight years"

If that were the case I would have become a US citizen 3 years ago, moron republi-can'ts.

i think when they say back of the line is that if you are chasing for a permanent resident car and citizenship.. what they will give right away is a work permit driver licence and something to allow us to leave the country without a green card
