I think they have but I find it interesting that in those latest stats, they did not break down the number of people denied but been noticed.

52.9% Have been approve out of the applicants from August and 47% are still in initial review/denied

I read that denials have to be looked over twice before a final decision is made. Someone had posted a link to that article. It was by that one anti-immigration website so I don't know if it has much truth to it.
