I-821D Still Pending

Okay, guys.

I have called the hotline for a 3rd time.

My I-765 was approved 3 weeks ago, but my I-821D is still under Initial Review. About 10 receipt numbers ahead of me have been approved. I am getting nervous that my case worker either forgot about that application, or didn't fully submit his/her decision.

The representatives at the hotline aren't any help. They quickly shut me down, saying that it is still under processing times. I tell them that for every other case they get approved at around the same time, give or take a day.

What can I do? Or do I just need to wait the 4 months and then call again?

Any personal experience or advice is appreciated.

Your not the only one, just need to be a bit more patient, there's still alot of people from August who are still waiting.

I have receipts numbers behind and in front of mines who have been approved also.

Just wait. I'm not too worried. I'm over a month now lol.

Do you have EAD in your hand? If so who gives a crap lol

I'm in the same situation because it's been about a month since I've been approved for EAD but DACA is still pending. EAD is more important, I know, but getting approved for DACA would give me tremendous peace of mind

Nope. It has been close to 3/4 months, and I have not received anything for my I-821D. I have called several times, and they told me to wait.

I have no idea what is going on, sadly. So, I am no help. :/

Okay just for giggles are you sure you're looking at the right numbers. I was looking at my friends number and saw one of his application has been approved but not the other one. Well turns out he gave his number with one digit higher than his while his real was one digit under

Yes, I have my EAD in hand, which makes it stranger that DACA is still not approved. Like cguzmn26, service calls have not been helpful.

I'm definitely checking the correct receipt number, because I have both receipt numbers from my I-797C notices from when the applications were received. Even if I was checking the wrong number online, I would have received a I-797 for DACA approval in the mail, which I haven't.

When you call the hotline. Do you point out the fact that in the I-765 directions on the first page it says that I-765 approval is contingent upon I-821D approval? I think your case worker just forgot to press the button.
