The fact is that OP entered under inspection. Is that not true? Incomplete or accurate information is what you're telling OP to send in. You're the one telling him to put EWI not me.

Please don't advise people to lie on their applications.
You seem naïve and lack the boldness of your parents. OP's conundrum is a moral one, that's why he nor the people he's talked to so far know what to do. The majority of lawyers will advise him to send in everything he has, not because of the perceived leniency of USCIS towards potential DACA beneficiaries, but because it's the "right thing to do" regardless of the outcome. Let's just say that it's possible to present information in a manner that benefits you without necessarily hurting you.

Why dont you answer my questions instead of trying to insult me. You're saying that lying on the application won't hurt you, therefore anything else you say shall be taken with a grain of salt.

It doesn't matter how you entered as long as you don't lie on the application and can prove you were here before the age of 16.

I don't know what you guys think, if you are bothered by my posts then don't comment.
One thing I love about America is the freedom of expression and if commenting discouraging posts is what makes you happy do so, I just ask you not to insult those that are trying to help or giving advice.
I am not asking for PITY...

You guys that are being negative don't seem to get what I am saying.
I know I have to get a lawyer. I went to see 5 lawyers already the problem is that they have never had a case similar to mine and ALL IM TRYING TO DO is find someone that knows about this

There are about 3 millions dreamers someone must have a similar case to mine.

Stop saying to seek a lawyer, I know that. I have paid for consultations and I have also had gotten free consultations. All im asking and want is to find someone with a similar case.

even some lawyers have suggested to forget about my name and just keep living in america under my cousin's name since he never used the other birth certificate and that's what USA has data of my entry.

So yes, I have contacted lawyers and I don't want to forget about my name as others have suggested.

Thank you guys...

Well I think you found the case the other person posted. I think you should try to send them a message to see what happened with their case.

What people don't understand is that DACA is a new process. You cant just go to a lawyer and expect him to have all of the answers. Its not like every lawyer has dealt with a case like this with DACA.
