what I dont understand is that there is people who have Nebraska service center and are still waiting since September, So why transfer our apps if they are backed up as well. Also i've been seeing people with receipt numbers not too far behind and ahead of me being approved by Vermont. They should of just left me there!

So my app went from vermont to "local" office to now just got in the mail NEBRASKA. Something doesn't sound right!! I'm trying to be 100% positive but this is getting ridiculous, i'm calling my lawyer and going to ask him whats going on and to give me a solid answer. All we can do is wait now. oh goddd.

This Thursday the 28th will be 3 weeks since my packet was received and I have not received a biometrics notice. Is that normal? Could it be that this transfer to Nebraska has something to do with it? Should I be worried or checking out why I haven't gotten a biometrics appt yet

Ive read that service centers had stopped sending bio letters because they are already too many appointments booked, once there is space they will send you out your bio appointment letter. It could take up to 2 months, thats what I've seen some other users wait. If you dont mind me asking, what took you so long to apply?

How long does it take to get the explanation of where they sent my case i got the notice on February 15 and still no letter
