App transfer - Page 12

I have te same thing my app was transferred on the 20 and then I got a letter saying that it was transferred but I got that last week might be a little late for you

I dont think you understand.. I'll try to explain it better. I got notified on the 20th via email that the application has been transferred to my local office, then I got the letters 3 days letter with the same explanation. Now yesterday I got another pair of emails saying that my application is now being processed at a USCIS office. So at the Case Status website it changes from "your case has been transferred to local office" to now it says "your case is now being processed at a USCIS office". So are you saying the same happened to you?

I hope Vermont cleared us on the initial review, and just left Nebraska to handle the approval process

My app got transfered on the 20th of beb and now it is being processed at nebraska, i gave a call to USCIS to ask the why's of the transfer. While i am waitinf to speak to a rep the automated voice said to allow Up to 180 from the time of the TRANSFER, everyone can imagine how pissed off i was when i heard that. At this point all the constant waiting has really been a true waste of time. I have decided to just let it be and get approved or denied when the time is right. I even had a job to start on march 18th which i have just pretty much given up for. My advice to anyone waiting is to stop waiting simple as that. Forget about it and live life exactly how we have been since before all this started. And hope for the best. Good luck to all.

What did the rep say tho?

He said the same crap every rep says.... "from what i can see (which is nothing) it looks like you got transfered and your app is now being processed at a local office" he just read what my receipt number said.. when i asked him about waiting an extra 180 days from the transfer date he could not give me an answer. I heard the machine very clearly say to allow 180 days from the transfer date. Reps are not trained properly and they treat people in a rude way. At this point. Im not even mad im just tired of checking my receipt everyorning and checking the forum day in and out waiting for something that i know will take a while.

They are seriously no help at all. They tell everyone who calls the same thing. It seems like most October applicants were the ones that were transferred. Since no one knows if they are looking at our apps now or if we are behind November, December, January, or February applicants for Nebraska, all we can do is wait for someone who got their application transferrred to be appproved and see from there. AHhhhhhhh!!!! This is soo frustrating.

I've just about had it with this laziness and ignorant ppl I'm fucking tired I been waiting for a decade for something like this to happen and when it does it take eternity to get it I guess in a way they are trying to tell us that we are not worth the trouble so they make our lives more miserable than it already is. my two apps got transferred from Vermont to Nebraska on the 22nd and got the mails today. i'm freaking out because, may be because i read too much, people are saying that it might be because something doesnt match up in my applications which shouldn't be true but idk i'll never know. but on the other hand the letters say that they are transferred to expedite the process. i'm trying not to be anxious but it's hard not to be (very evident by the fact that i am no longer sleepy) when it's something totally out of your control and have no idea what the outcome will be... idk...trying to think positive...trying to think positive...

I thought so too at first but I doubt all of us have something that doesn't match. We're all October applicants and that's why they transferred us, because they need to move faster. If it was one or two of us, then yeah, I'd probably be worried.
