Your e-Request confirmation number is: ************* for Form I821D and reported issue of: Beyond Posted Processing Times.

You have successfully submitted an inquiry to USCIS. You can expect to receive a response within 30 days. If you do not receive a response within 30 days, please call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY). You will need to provide the confirmation number listed above when you call.

Lets see what happens....

It seems like this is 100% true. My brother was approved exactly two months after he submitted his app. He had so little evidence that our lawyer told him that he might get an RFE!

I'm 5 yrs older and submitted a ton of info. I now expect to wait the full 6 months.

Question: My 6 months of waiting will be March 11.... Would it be a good idea to do an "e-request".... Or should I wait until after my 6 months??

I did an e request today and went threw successful but your not in your 6 month yet. It won't let you do a request unless your already in month 6.
