Great Job USCIS. Did a e-request on the 28th for my 821-D & this is what I get back -___-
Case type:
-- I821D

Filing date:
-- 08/28/2012

Receipt #:
-- EAC-12-908-****

Referral ID:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Beneficiary (if you filed for someone else):
-- Information not available

Your USCIS Account Number (A-number):
-- Information not available

Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times

The status of this service request is:

We have received your request stating that your I-765 application is approaching regulatory time frame or beyond regulatory timeframe.

You have filed a Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) category. The 90 day period for adjudicating Form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case.

Once you have an approved Form I-821D and your Form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending Form I-765.

Please note: USCIS guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of the Form I-821D.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Please remember: By law, every person who is not a U.S. citizen and who is over the age of 14 must submit Form AR-11 AND notify this office of their change of address, within 10 days from when they move (persons in "A" or "G" nonimmigrant status are exempt from this requirement). To notify this office of a move, visit our website at: www.uscis.gov or call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. The Form AR-11 can be downloaded from our website or you can call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 and we can order one for you. Instructions for filing the Form AR-11, including mailing instructions, are included on the Form.

Also I have tried everything to remain legal before my visa expired, green card, F1 without success. I think the visa thing put people in a seperate pile for extra reveiw. I am beginning to think that extra reveiw means it will be looked at eventually when they have spare time.

Nope...as you can see...I'm still waiting.

I feel that people without a prior case or immigration case at least is getting fast treatment probably because they don't need the deffered action part...

Most of my friends who are receiving their approvals within 2-3 months does not have any case....simple overstay without a case.

People who have cases are waiting....and waiting. But that's just my observation

I think you are right because that's what my lawyer said. She said my case is different. I also have prior case pending in my situation
But its been 6 months already, they still cant do anything that's what I don't understand. At least tell us exactly how long will it take and we won't call you guys.
