Found something that I'd be perfect for & the pay is awesome. The only problem is it says minimum 3-5 yr commitment. I've read about people who have been rejected because of the 2 yr limit on the EAD. I don't want to get my hopes up about it, but I really want it!

what would you guys do?

I think you should definetly go for it. The worst that can happen is you not get it. The best thing hat can happen is that you do get. Sounds like a I'd opportunity.

Yup, definitely tell them this! Just have answers ready to questions like...

"Where do you picture yourself in 3-5 years?"

and so on.

I absolutely was not ready for that question... (as I had never thought about it pre-DACA!)

I answered something along the lines of ... "Duhr.... Texas..?"

The correct answer would've been along the lines of "In 3 years I want to have been with a company long enough to have some seniority and be working at least part-time as a project leader on some of the projects -- perhaps even full-time."

Make them reject u (if they do)...never reject yourself when looking for a job u want. Hell i have a job right now and im still job hunting, cuz more dollars per hour is always better. Im not looking for a second job, but if i find a better paying job ill take it and run.
