anybody currenty in removal of proceedings who has applied or gotten approve ? if so let me know i have a few question in mind , my application has hit exactly 5 months today and is currently in initial review at this point , i gave them a call 3 days ago and they said that it might take anywhere from 4-6 months in order to receive a decision , i currently have a misdeamemor on my record which is what placed me on removal of proceedings , anybody in the same sutuation ? or that has gotten approved already ? your information will very helpfull

I checked 12-14 receipt numbers ahead of me and they all showed the same receipt date as mine and they are all for i-821D cases.....they all show "initial review" :-/

now is my time to thank God for beeing amazing!!!!!!! Thank you GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll keep all of you guys in my prayers...specialy those that have been waiting for over 6 months, my application only took less than 2 1/2 months and it was nerve wrecking....I can only imagine how bad it must be for you guys .... don't worry.......I'll pray for you! your time will come and it will be AWESOME!!!!!
