Or look at the first 2 letters you receive one is for daca and the other 1 for ur work permit

It's been 8 weeks since I took my Bio I am worried now that I am might not be approved or something might happen. I have no criminal records, graduated from High School in 2011. Now I'm I being impatient?

I took my Bio on Feb 3rd

There's ppl waiting that took their Bio in september and october. Yes, you are being impatient but it is completely understandable. Hang in there.

my DACA number was one number least than my EAD. Idk if its the same with everyone else.

I called today and talked to costumer service. She told me everything was fine with my case. That its taking 4-6 months (as we know) and (what I didn't know) you can count from the date your application was RECIEVED (I read some people saying from the time you do your biometrics). She also told me that if my case wasn't approved by the 1st of April (a week or so into my 5th month), to give them a call and let them know. I wonder what they will do?
On accident, the firt time I called, I gave them my EAD number and they told me FOUR more months! That they were doing people from june 8th. (yea... didn't go so well with me and didn't sound right since DACA applications weren't accpeted till much later) So when you call and ask about you're applications, make sure you give them you're DACA number

Ok that make sense now,the problem is that I just received one letter for EAD and one for the bio .Now the fun begins .

Hey Guys does any One here know if it is possible to obtained a Professional License with the state Board
Using DACA and the Work authorization Document C33 because on there web site it say's that you need to have Legal presence to qualify for a License, what is legal presence is it the same as lawfull presence

By the looks of the requirements you might be able to get it with your Green Card once you receive it.

I-766 (EAD) is acceptable to prove Legal Presence, but it doesn't state if C33 EADs are valid to use. You would have to give it a try.
