Puerto Rico is a US territory, so you will be OK if you have proof you are in the US legally. Please see the link below. I hope this answer helps and you have a good trip.

DACA doesn't give us legal status. You should mention DACA in the email not TPS to make sure that you get a accurate answer.

It doesn't give us a status but does give us a presense of legality for 2 years

There are a lot of wording for DACA, I suggest OP to email them again just to make sure.

I didn't get my EAD via DACA but the Salvadorian TPS and I'm pretty certain DACA is still in essence a Temporary Protected Status; temporary being the operative word. So if you're in status your here legally so I think the same logic would apply, no?

But yeah, I would not discourage anyone to specifically refer to DACA.

Happy to report that my trip was a success! It was exactly like flying anywhere else in the continental U.S. As long as you have a valid state ID you should be fine. I took my EAD as a precaution but I never needed it.

Well that's nice to know. I personally wouldn't have risked it though.

I think it was finally worded down that DACA is a 2 year lawful/legal presence and thats our STATUS.(the state we are in) A 2 year lawful/presence.

It really is no more risk than you flying anywhere else.
