I had called about mid January inquiring about when I should expect to hear a decision and so on and was told to give it 3 months after biometrics then call again, so I did today since it has been 3 months. Explained that to the lovely representative (lol) and she said due to the volume of applications the centers are receiving, they are going a little over the normal processing times. So I left the conversation thinking ok nothing anyone can do, just wait; this was about noon, received the email 3:15pm.
