Dose anyone know how to go about putting in a service request online because USCIS says that you cannot put in a service request by phone or at all because they said the time frame is changed so no if you have hit the six month mark and you call they will tellbyou they can no longer put in a service request for that you just have to wait....so dose anyone know how I can go about and put in the service request online

I've been waiting more than six months... and I still can't see my case online. Anybody else in my situation? I got a letter in the mail last week saying to wait 6 more months -____-

omg...did you try contacting Ombudsman? Maybe they can help.

Anyone had luck with the Ombudsman? Ive tried the service request so my next choice is the Ombudsman or nothing at all.

Ive been positive the last six months. Today I hit that desperation low. I think Im going to have to get on that cymbalta. I wish we could at least get a timetable other than the generic 60 days- 6 months

There is a link called e request. Click on that and the rest is easy. The 821-D is on their list so I hope it works. I did one 9 days ago and have not received a response.
