Awesome news. I don't care even if it takes 15 years to get a GC. I hope once the undocumented get legalized, they would still be able to obtain a GC through current family-based systems.

Or should poor people from our countries just starve to death because they should not break an outdated US law ? people have to violate unjust laws for there to be change (Immigration Reform).

So its okay to violate laws because the system is broken and because the system is outdated its ethically and morally exempt to violate these laws.

So you are comparing yourself now to the African Americans of the 60s and the times of Jim Crow laws?

If you want to go that route, they were/are USCS, we are NOT.

You asked if its correct to violate an unjust law so there is your example.

I've been reading a couple of trends here and it's sad to see how a lot of people lack the desire for change and would just attend to laws that are plainly unfair towards them.

I will get a professor from the University I attend that participated in the counter lunch sit-ins in the 1960's to post a few words here about our cause, and how it is so similar to theirs. Stay tuned

Bye Bye !

I am asking you directly. Can you actually answer it or not. You can red herr all you want by the way but you are only backpedaling. I don;t know about you, but I like to move forward. Would you like me to ask you simple yes or no questions?

According to my education and the people I've encountered in my life that have experienced stuff like this; it is.

And that is also my opinion.

You might have your opinion and of course, you may stick to it.
