Social security visit

I just received my EAD card, and tomorrow i will be going to the social security office, i know there will be some questioning, my younger brother told me they want to know if you have worked under a different name or social security, which i i have used another SS#, my question is do they refer to a diferent SS# provided by them or just in general, and what shoul i answer??

Some clerk does not ask questions, some ask more and some less.

The SS number question is they just checking if they had assigned you a number before, so you won't have two. If you ever made up one, just tell them that.

What they mean is if you have ever had an SSN issued by them. The answer is no.

I went today and the nice lady only asked if I got these documents before I came to the US and I told her I got them when I was here. Then she asked if I have ever applied for government help such as food stamps. I haven't and said no and that was it. Although she said that my document would need to be verified by USCIS. Waiting for it in the mail, until then just looking for a job. Goodluck my friend.
