all my official records is in my korean name but all my school records is in my english name. I still got approved.

i, too, was brought to the US "illegally" without inspection and i was able to get my passport.

what does the stamp say or what does it look like?

did the principle say why it would be against the law for you to get a letter using both your names?

also, the Consul General at the Atlanta Consulate is a man named Ricardo Sanchez. he's the one that would sign the passports and what not. so unless, he said, you cant get a passport, then i would think that the lady who told you to "fix it" wasnt the person in charge.

try going to a different consulate maybe?

Yeah the principle said it would be illegal to put both names on the letter because they can only go by their records.. And the lady is Abigail calleja Fernandez and she is the head of the department... She referred her secretary to us and he basically said it was my problem... Which I think I a load of crap...
