I would suggest scheduling an infopass appt. and talk to an officer . Sometimes the reps on the phone contradict themselves and only know basic stuff

[quote=Latino82Condor;443994]Please tell is exactly what the officer told you. Because when that happened to me, i got a letter saying that the officer in charge had been notified and will make the necessary changes before coming to a decision. But i still got the typo in my EAD card. Now if your letter said that it had been fixed then you hsve nothing to worry about. Just make sure that in your i765 application your dob is correct.[/QUO

Hello,

Well the birth date on the application I-821D was correct, but the birthdate on the application I-765 was incorrect. I called the USCIS and i gave them the correct birth date. They told me the officer in charge had been notified and will make the necessary changes. I never received a letter because the lady that I spoke to send the confirmation letter to the wrong email address. I wrote down the confirmation number she had given me. I never received a letter, so I called back after 15 days and they told me that they had notified the officer in charge of my case with the corrected birth date. That the request had been submitted, I am kind of nervous after reading all this thread, to think that maybe my case might get denied from a mistake I did not do or if it will cause further problems.

It wont be denied, what I'm thinking is that the letter you didnt get, which the officer read to you over the phone, means that you got a letter like mine. That before reaching a decision he will make the necessary changes.

If your application had the correct bday then youre good. You may get an EAD CARD with the wrong Dob thiu since that application had the wrong dob, but you can always get it fixed.

How long has it been since you applied and went to biometrics?
