im doing a ten year renewal for greencard maybe this is not the right forum to post this but they received my application 1-90 well over a month now, i called but they just put you on hold for like 40 minutes only to tell me to wait, first time they told me it'll be within a month for biometrics, last call the officer said i might have to wait another 60 days for biometrics, iv had three service requests no action and not one letter from them as of of yet, its all because they spelled my name wrong on greencard which happens way too frequently,google "mispelling on greencards" on th 190's its a scam so as to charge you double because even if it wasnt your fault they will say it is your fault and you have no choice but to pay another 480.00,, make a copy of everything you send them!!!!!!
