And also she had a typo error with double last names :-/ and they also had a geo error as lawyer put she was in mexico when she submited her app but we thought that was fixed as we called uscis ....so waiting on letter!! |

My atty which it was hers as well put US , as thats where i live (reside) and nationality Mexicio" since thats where im from.
In her case, there was no "following info" stating she was living here, even though she had a US address!! And it also depends on who you get for OFFICER!! some people will see "oh, she made a mistake here" but she still put down a US address!! And let it go by, as i think they did on the first apps..... And of course, you will stump with some racist ppl.... Lol
Thats why we need to double check everything......

I wasn't prepared because i thought i was just going for a consult but wham, next thing you know i'm sitting with my lawyer for 2 hours guesstimating the to and from dates of places i lived... all 20 of them....
