Yea from what I recall USCIS didn't outright deny them but actually given them a chance to prove something (RFE).

Because some people have literally serious cases we don't know, we are not experts, but DACA isnt really that complicated. There have been cases where we didn't know, we are wiling to help people who meet the five main requirements, but we cannot if they don't.

I use a lawyer because i wanted to talk to someone about my situation... And a lot of close fam have used this very fine attorney... So Come June 16, i go for talks and he gave me hopes that with my tangled webs i should apply... So we just did it right there...
Waiting....
I think it would of have been rejected had i done it by myself

That's pretty ignorant. You ASSume that everybody who uses a lawyer is in the generic illegal category without any other issues that might complicate things. And besides, out of the 10,000 rejections so far, don't you think that some of those people made mistakes on their own that a lawyer would have caught?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, a good immigration lawyer is worth his/her weight in gold.

I prefer to use my money on something important as this than do it myself and make a stupid mistake just because I want to be cheap (not saying ppl that did not go to a lawyer are cheap ass ppl lol, but I prefer not to risk it) . I have no experience on immigration or being a lawyer, so why should I risk it and possibly get denied? I did not mind spending my money for something like DACA.
