Denial letter is in!! Heading to my office to pick up the faxes from atty, you would think uscis sent it to my sisters address but we were wrong!!! Yet, the stupid lady at attys office said she got it in last week and we didnt got NOTIFIED!!! :-/ IGHHHHHHH.......



LIGHT WILL COME ON NOW AS FOR WHY THEY GOT DENIED!!

*sigh* so i put Mexico on my I-821D form Box 9(Country of Residence) and I just got a NOD(DENIED) ..... I knew i should have put US... Grrrr!

Please guys don't follow into my footsteps... and put United States in Box 9 if you want to be approved!

I thought a NOID was almost like an RFE? isn't it to make a correction on the application?

You have failed to establish continuous residency in the USA since july 15,2007 til date of filing your application.

So, this doesnt make sence since she did covered all those years, and so did he with many effort!!!


Im again falling to the side that it was denied because the secretary or attorney put MEXICO in question 1.9 :-/

dont they give you like 30 days to respond to a NOID, its not all lost, i guess try to tell them you misunderstood the question or something.

just reread that, man a NOD is worse then a NOID.

Didn't they get an RFE? Did they respond accordingly?? There you go colin ... if you put some other country in BOX 9 other than US you'll be denied.
