They have even said on rradio/tv to do not send anything that has a fake/someone elses # in there.... I would live it blank!! Ps.s. before i got married i used a made up number as well, and with another job i used my ITIN #....... My lawyer didnt input any of those numbers in .  My best wishes for ya'll. Too late for that advice for me!
My evidence included the fake # eerywhere and i think we put it down but the receipts that i got have the social # part BLANK sooo i'm praying
