No, there's a few ppl that have been waiting almost as long as you and some that have been waiting longer. I've been waiting almost as long as you....I guess we just have to be patient and continue to wait.

Hi evryone im a November applicant
My timeline :
SENT: NOV 14
BIOS: DEC 18
And still under initial review

Im in Phoenix and my application
Was sent to California service center
And its still there

Just got approved march 14. I wasn't checking online anymore because I don't wanna be disappointed seeing that Initial Review Status.

Just got back from my lawyers office regarding my RFE.


So apparently USCIS need more evidence to show continual presence for the year 2012 and for June 15th 2012. Also they are making a big deal out of me leaving the country in 2008(despite the fact that I had a visa at the time and entered legally).

Already got all the stuff I need and will be sending that RFE back at them sometime this week.

RFE sent-4/29/2013
EAD/DACA approval- 5/15/2013

Still waiting like you guys.

Quick question.

When I log into USCIS My Case Status. It says that my case was last updated on 12/11. I did my biometrics on 12/13. Is that a cause for concern?
