The tracking system for USPS is pretty unreliable. Wait 2-3 days before panicking.

Yes it's for the EAD card.

Sometimes once it's scanned at your local post office the tracking info. on the USPS website will say that you have received it. So you should still wait a day or 2 more before panicking.

Nothing yet my bro called USCIS and they told him sometimes the USPS tracking makes errorS but it seems odd as we buy things online alot and nothing like this has ever happend time will tell..
